1985 325 E performanc help

[CYD325E]

I had a 1985 325 E fully restored. New paint job, interior and a good deal of motor work.
I installed a power flow intake kit from Bavarian Auto.

My questions are: Is is worth upgrading performance parts?
I was thinking of a turner motor sports chip. Sway bar kits and short shift kit. Any suggestions as to where i might get these parts??? Would this kill the motor???
