Brilliant car, love most moments in it! Hills leave me thinking about the possible use of a power chip to gain additional power. I would be interested to hear views and name of supplier. Thanks.

Jim Conforti and Dinan. Both are very popular BMW Tuners and are high quality. I had a JC in my 318is and loved it. I have a Dinan in my M roadster and like it as well.

hello everyone, I too have the same problem, the best thing for the 530 is a super charger, like the one from ActiveAutoWerks they have for the 330, but they dont have the mounting hardware for the 5 series, i did a chip and exhaust, took the speed limiter out and increse the redline to 7000rpm runs good does 155mph,but it still needs a little more TQ i am going to look into head work and see how it runs after
