I had Warranty-by-Net for a while and I wasn't too happy. Even though I had the most complete coverage with little or no co-pay I had 2 major problems. 1) the warranty company required that my dealer call them for authorization before repairs were made. Often they were slow to answer or call back, and they argued with the dealer about what would be covered. The dealer got tired of this real quick. 2) they were very picker about what they would cover, so when my water pump when back they paid for the pump but not to replace the coolant and a couple of other things. Also, they would not cover the full cost of the dealer's hourly labor rate. At least with a BMW warranty you might involve the long painful phone calls.
