what kinda antifreeze should i use in my 1991 318i?

does any one know where i could get a free manual for my car or a website with all the information for my 318, that would be very helpful.

I only use genuine BMW antifreeze, you can buy it from either BMW or Pelican Parts for less than $20.00 per gallon.

There really is no ONE manual for your car... All the manuals that cover e30's don't have anything on the M42 engine... so you have to go buy the e36 manual too.
