5 series rear window regulators

When the rear window regulators quit working, I rigged a way to get them to roll up and down. If anyone is interested on how to do it, post and I will take some pics on how to do it.

I'd be interested in knowing how to do that. I have one rear passenger side window that is stick with about a less than a 1/4 gap from the top. Thanks in advance.

Moves what??

When you say rear window, do you mean the windows on rear doors or the back window that you see when you look at your rearview mirror? I'm confused.

It's the mechanism that attaches to the rear door glass that allow the glass to slide down into the door and back up. With out it, the door glass would stay fixed in place and not move. Even though there is an electric motor in there, the motor has to connect to something in order to make the glass go up and down. That something is the window regulator. this is what it looks like;
