There are a few motors under the seat, if I remember correctly each motor operates two cables. This can be a DIY if you are mechanically inclined, have the time you can figure out which cable and motor is not operating correctly buy taking the seat off and using trial & error with the movement. Once isolated unscrew the cable from the motor keeping it pushed into the gears and secure the square part of the cable to a hand held drill and turn the cable accordingly. When securing the cable to the motor, be sure that it stays attached to the gears correctly. Good luck
