Well aftyer tearing into portions of dash I found the following problems.
First the fresh air door motor was lose plus when it retacted it would not completely seal thus allowing fresh air to be constantly diluting either A/C or heater depending on season.
Secondly after removing the fake center dash air grille and unsnapping the locked down air flap I discover that one of the twin a/c air doors had come loose and fallen down into evaporator case. Now after repositioning it and Mcguyvering a new hinge arrangement it opens andd closes like it twin. So now with freash air door sealed I am not diluting chilled air and come next winter I will not feel all that fridid air that leaks trhough evaporator case.
