I passed over 250 000 km without anu problems with the engine,BMW 523 i Touring 1998, 2.5 lit. , and i like to add the additives P.T.F.E. (liquid teflon). Anyone with some same bad or good expirience, with these ,pls?
If you have not been using it, Bal, I would really have to think hard about changing anything. 250,000 km is a lot of use, and its quite apparent that whatever you have been doing is working well...just my thoughts....
Those liquid teflons are a joke! You cannot get teflon to bond to metal by adding it to the oil. I would never add that stuff to anything. I have heard reports of it clogging engine componets. Stay away from them!
