alternator problem?

i have a 1991 bmw 318is and the anti lock sign came up followed by the engine check light, the radio died and my blinkers stoped workin and the lights started to dim .. i thought it was the alternator so i replaced the alternator and the battery .. the same thing happened again.. i am clueless right now on what the problem is .. can anyone help me .. thanks

i'm not an expert, but i would check all the grounds make sure that they are all clean and complete not rusted or frayed and make a clean connection to the respective grounding points, the bentleys manual tells you where all grounding points are. hope it helps.
