Auto Climate Controls on X 3

Does anyone have expirence with the X3 Auto Climate Control, it seems like in the auto mode the AC control button is always on. Regardless of the desired temp the AC indicator is on, is this normal? Even in the heating mode say at about 70 degrees for an inside temp in auto climate control the lite stays on???

turn the fan all the way down, see if that works

vpm, this sounds like a really stupid question but I'm going to ask you any...do you press the AC button to see if the light goes out. Does warm air come out even though the AC button is lit? If so you may need to bring the X3 back to the dealer to have that looked at. You shouldn't get charged for the service. Has this been happening since the you got the X3?

Thanks for the suggestion. It seemes like the light goes out but it then jumps out of the auto climate control setup. I will have the dealer check it out... I'm sure it's customer error...

It happens but just make sure that you don't get charged for the service. Even if it is user error they should show you why the issue is happening. Hope it works out for you!!!!
