Can anyone help me solve a problem of the auxillary fan fuse that keeps blowing. I just replaced the auxillary fan with a new one because it was pulling too much voltage. I also replaced the fusebox because the heater and supplemental fuses melted the fusebox. The mechanic bypassed the melted fusebox by installing an external fuse assembly. I ran to car today and when you idle the car, I notice the fuse will blow. Someone said they had a similar problem and ran a bigger gauge wire. The radiator, clutch fan, and thermostat has been replaced, and the engine has been rebuilt. This auxillary fan fuse is driving me crazy-I can't drive the car with the A/C on when the weather gets above 80 degrees. [headbang]
