On December 22nd 1988, as a soldier in Germany I purchased a brand new Baur 316i, one of the very first 316i's. When posted back to Wales I registered it in the UK (F Reg) but unfortunatly had to sell with 44,000 miles on the clock as my daughter came along.
Last heard of, the car was in the Minehead area. Its red with a black roof and black cloth seats. I do have pics and know the full registration (F.....H) if someone asks privately.
I'm just interested if the car is still around and who knows maybe its for sale? or maybe i can help the owner fill in the early years history. I still have an attachment to that car. Anyone have any ideas please?
