Blackberry 8700c and BMW retrofit bluetooth

Anyone know if the BMW bluetooth retrofit on a 2003 525 would work with a Blackberry 8700c?

Here is a link to the BMW compatible phones. I am not sure how old this is but there could be more. I see that the 8700 is compatible from Cingular

Not sure if it will work or not, but you cant go by that list from BMW cause they are the only ones they texted with it. Mine is not on the list but works great. It has to do with what kind of Bluetooth your phone has. It needs 2.0.

His Blackberry 8700 is on the list from Cingular, so it can work. I also a gree that there could be more. The onlly way to find out is if you test it yourself.
