Hey guys, I just joined the forums and I can see this is like one big community and everyone helps each other out when someone is in need. lol So I kinda have a problem with my car thats starting to become a painnnnn.

I have an integrated phone installed in my car and I don't have the six-digit security code. The owner never gave it to me when selling the car; but then again, I didn't know I had to ask.

My phone blinks on and off from time to time when I begin to drive and it says Locked. I've tried to go to the manual to see if I could reset it, but nothing works without the six-digit security code. This keeps me from even playing the radio or listen to a CD. After a while, it just turns off and doesn't come back on, but I need a way where I can just completely reset it without a six- digit security code.

If anyone knows how I can completely reset my phone system without any type of code (because I don't have any) that would be great. Thanks for reading my thread and I will greatly appreciate any kind of help. [wave]

One thing you could do is look for the manual for the phone. Usually, most people leave the security code alone in the default code that it came with, which I guess would be a 6-digit number: 123456 or 000000
Worth a try, good luck!

Wow, it actually worked. I've been trying to fix this for a long time and was about to go to the dealership to get it fixed (definitely not under $100) haha. Thank you soooo much and good luck with your car. [clap]
