My rear right brake clicks quite loudly with direct proportion to the rotor speed. The only thing I can think of is a warped rotor, but that really doesn't make any sense. What could cause this noise?
ya, it is the one with the brake pad wear sensor but why would that cause a periodic click. Wouldn't the click suggest there was an imprefection in the rotor? The sound is directly proportional to the speed of the car/rotor.
mine did the same thing when i first got it, i changed the brakes in the back and it still did it, then my car sat for a few months while i worked on the conversion, after i started driving it again, it had stopped. weird.
Jack the rear of the car up and with the trans in netural spin the tire by hand to listen for the sound, sould be easy to find...at least easy for me to say!
