My buddy and I have both had this experience in our z-3's of being busted for the speed of the car behind us. What happens is the top is down (low radar profile exists) coming down slope to the radar gun, with a car behind racing up to a tailgate position, as the radar gun tracks you. The cops of course say their equipment is infallable (which is why the manufacturers have R & D departments - to improve a perfect piece of equipment, riiiight), and that it won't register a car behind the target. I say it has happened to me and my friend. Anyone else out there getting falsely accused? How do you convince a judge that the equipment has some flaws?
