Hey,
So last week I pickedup a California Water Blade from K-Mart (heh, my favorite store ) after reading about it in a magazine. For those of you don't know what it is, it is this soft rubber blade with an edge to it. Instead of conventionally drying your car with crazy amounts of towels and having to deal with getting rid of all the water spots, you just take the water blade and "sweep" it across the car and it sheets the water right off. Here is a picture:
Anyways, so I washed my car yesterday, and I tried drying it with this product for the first time, and I must say WOW!! It was really quick, easy, and effective. It did a superb job of drying the car....just one sweep down the center of the hood and it sheeted the water completely off, it did a better job than my microfiber towels do. So anyways, I just thought the members of this forum who are really into car care should really consider this product. I am extremely happy with it and I will be using it from now on to dry my car. My only concern is/was that perhaps the blade could be scratching the paint?? It really didn't seem so because the blade is rubber and it doesn't seem to be harming the body when I was sheeting all the water off...I was overall really really impressed and satisfied with this product. I used to have to use 10 microfiber towels (no joke) to dry my car...yesterday, all I needed was the Water Blade and 2 microfiber towels. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks,
MrElussive
P.S. No, I have nothing to do with California Water Blade or anybody who sells the California Water Blade. I just really liked this product and I thought you guys should know about it.
