Cat Converter - Walker Brand OK?

In the process of ordering a Cat Converter. All usual BMW places sell for $425 to $500. I checked with rockauto.com. THey have one made by Walker for $313. Have anyone use this?

I called bavAuto today. They sell their Cat converter at around $425, I asked if they are German made. They said it is U.S. made. Just wonder if they come from Walker.
