Cat replacment pipes?

Hi,

I have just orderd cat replacement pipes for my E46 M3, and I was wondering if any one had done this already, I did not want to go for a full system, as I like the noise of the standard exhaust, but will these pipes make it loader, and will it increase power?

I have the Active Autowerks Track pipe on my e36 M3 Sedan. It made the car sound better also increased the top end hp. Lost of torque was minimal I coul not notice the lose. The dyno graph they have on their website show the lost of torque at about 5 lbs/ft. But you can not always believe a dyno graph.

Thanks for that, I think there are 2 cats on my car so I think it will be alot louder,Should be easy to fit, hopefuly.

Second, did your warranty run out on your M3 and if not how will this affect it? What color is your M? Pics?
