I think I live in the only state (IL) where you have to have a front license plate. My '98 M3 looks so good without one, but $150 in tickets is changing my mind. BMW does not make a front plate bracket. and the knockouts on the black fascia cut off half of the "BMW" insignia. Obviously a front plate was not a high priority in '98.
