Clear turn signals?

Has anyone installed smoked or clear turn signals and what kind would be recommended. I hit a recycling bucket and cracked my front right turn signal and decided that i might as well replace them both with clear ones. Procarparts.com has diamond cut clear turn signals for the E30 89-91 for $40. Although there are better deals on ebay which would be best.

are u talkin bout the one front ones on the bumper.. those are the turn signals.. the ones that procarparts.com has are for the side lights.. ( i have those ) the quality is sOso.. but they do look very cool at night.. i got the front turn signals that are inside the front bumperfrom autowerks.com .. kinda steep ( 55 shipped) but theyre worth it .. im waiting for some cash and i will get the clear rear lights to match the front..
