Core Support

From a Scale from 1 to 10 how hard should it be to switch the core support from a 1984 325 to my 1983 320i. And also if possible please list the things i would have to modify Thanks [bmwdance]

I'm pretty sure it's welded into the structure of the car. In other words, it's a fairly extensive job that requires welding skills.
