when you say custom plates, i suppose you mean euro style. and they ususally come in white because thats what all of europe have, except those holland people. and uk i think.
altering a government plate is illegal. you can get a personalized plate from the gov. just costs the price of new registration.
If my dad came through, he might be bringing a few back with him from his latest trip to the motherland.
the one that came on my car isnt looking too great anymore. weird how its the original one and my car has been across the atlantic three times!

This reminds me of a guy who got a custom plate that read "NO PLATE". The guy got hundreds of parking tickets before he decided he had enough human stupidity. Sad how shallow some people are.
