Do back seats go down in 2000-2001 5-series with cold weather package?

I know the back seats go down so you can access the trunk in the 3-series that have the cold weather package, but what about the 5-series in 2000-2001?

It's a separate option on the E39...the cold weather package just gets you heated seats and headlight washers. (BTW the heated steering wheel is a separate option as well, in case you were wondering.) In other words, if you are looking at used E39s, don't assume it has the fold-down seats just because it has the CWP. The fold-down seats came with the ski sack as well...this option cost about $475....the CWP was $600. Hope that helps.

I am not too sure about that..buuut I think it depends on the option on the car...it wasnt a package deal with the CWP i dont think......
