E46 M3 vs. C5 Vette

i was just currious......what do all of you think about a C5 Vette vs. a E46 M3 in acceleration (from still start, rolling start 0-60, 60-100, 1/4 mile ect. ect.) handling and then in all the other "car and driver" areas like comfort livability ect.

im not taking sides or anything i was just currious what people thought.

I've raced a C5 Vette before and it was a very close race, I was able to inch slightly in first and second gear. However once I hit third-sixth we were pretty much even.

I wouldn't mine owning a Corvette myself, the only thing I can say is that its good as a weekend car but not practical for everyday use.

the z06 is amazing, but i think as for a refined sports car the M3 tops it out. the c6 looks pretty slick if you ask me. but as for handling and overall performance refinement, the M3 does win. the corvette is a brute, and i can see it being tiring but fun.
