So, I've complained twice to my dealership that the alignment doesn't seem right on my car. Sometimes it feels as if it's pulling to the right, some times to the left. So, they run some diagnostic on it and tell me that the alignment is "within specs". So, I'm driving the car 2,000 miles later and the flat tire light comes on. My son and I get out of the car and BOTH of my rear tires are flat, with the left rear tire having a gaping hole in it (thank goodnes for run-flat tires). The inside edges of both rear tires are worn to the metal. The camber on the rear tires appears to be about 10 degrees, not the 1 or 2 degrees it is supposed to be. I bring the car in and they give me a loaner and say they'll look at it. No words of apology. I have to find a new dealer to service this car once this latest problem is resolved.
I've now had the following problems:
1. No floor mats - had to wait 1 month to receive them
2. Noisy car - corrected via lubing
3. Wacky iDrive - corrected via software upgrade
4. Chipped console release button - replaced
5. Squeaky brake noise - repaired
6. Incorrect MPG calculations - adjusted by dealer
7. Bad alignment/destroyed tires - waiting for resolution
Combine this with the fact that I didn't get a full year of BMW Assist included with the car even though I was told I would (demo car) and I can't get satellite radio, and I am NOT a happy camper. [fake]
