Does anyone know when the E90 coupe/convertible will be released?

Which auto show is it expected to be debuted at?

Are there any pictures available yet?

Willl the convertible have a retractable roof?

What is the expected pricing of the coupe/convertible for both the 325i and 330i?

Spring 2006 is the expected time

Probably Detroit Auto Show

No

E46 already has retractable roofs why wouldn't the next one?

I'd expect an increase of about $1000 at most over the E46 models for the next generation.

As far as the retractable roof, I think that b1e3 meant a retractable hard top, like the Lexus SC-430, and Benz SLK.

There have been some spy photos of what looks to be an E90 with a retractable hard top. It's possible, as there are some slated new HT entries from Volkswagen, Volvo, Pontiac and Chrysler, and the new Lexus IS HT is due sometime early next year.

Seems to be the first credible news on the new coupe/vert. Seems to confirm rumors of retractable hardtop. I can't believe the delay between the sedan and coupe intro's, but that is what I've heard all along. It'd be nice to get the convertible to the US for the summer months in '07. The article made it sound like they've already produced some cars--wonder if any spy pics will leak??????

found this pic on e90fanatics. they also have many drawings/photoshops of coupes/convertibles; some would be great if they were made. Still waiting for an official hardtop convertible pic. Sounds like no earlier than next fall for autoshow intro.
