I have pondered a spring change for street use and only for a slight drop, in time I may want a more elaborate & expensive set-up (coil-overs etc..), but for a baby-step - has anyone tried either of these springs that supposedly work with stock shocks ???

The Eibachs are on a long back-order, I have heard the HR sports are slightly firmer and slightly lower...any feedback ?

Have you considered Bilstein PSS9 Coil-over suspension?
Hey Joe, how the hell are you buddy?

I also agree with the Bilstein setup.

I've had H&R before on an older car and didn't care too much for it. It made the ride too bouncy for my taste.

H&R's I am hearing they are stiff and bouncy & the Eibachs are worth waiting for.

The PSS9's are hard to come by and $1,900...yes ?
If the ride is that good though perhaps I should re-think.

Barvarian auto just rec'd the PSS9's, So I cringed and ordered them..In the long run perhaps I will have made the best choice (I hope), the full ride adjustabilty and potential to raise/lower at any time helped sway me.

I will try and post some pics once I get these on and aligned. Thanks for the opinions ! Much appreciated !!

You can get the Bilstein PSS9 for about $1,300.

Hey Tom! Nice to hear from you. I'm doing well. Been very busy. The Bilstein coil-over has worked very well for me. Shocks/struts are adjustable so you can get a pretty smooth ride, considering the suspension set-up. BTW, the website looks fantastic. Great work, buddy!!

how often are you looking at rebuilding the coilovers? I know speaking from JIC, TEIN, and other jap coilovers they do need rebuilds after time. I am searching to buy a 95 M3 and am running H&R springs with KYB GR2's on 00' Subaru Legacy GT and they feel great. I can say that they droped the crap out of the car 2" all around.
