es/is foglight question

es/is foglight question???

Can anybody confirm for me that the foglights on the 325 es/is air dam take h1 bulbs? These are the bigger, blocky style ones (like in my avatar). And am I going to need a silicone sealant? The bentley seems to think so, but they have the smaller, less rectangular lights pictured there.

Also, while I am thinking of it, what is the max wattage on the bulb? 55w?

mine takes the little h3 55 watt bulb.
i recently upgraded to a Sylvania 100 watt bulb and got rid of my euro smileys for a hella H4 kit with some very nice PIAA bulbs. very intense white light, big improvement!

bmidd - you have different lights to auslander as your vehicle is a post '87 facelift model, whereas auslander's is a pre f/l model. They have different lights.

Sorry auslander, but I cannot help you, just didn't want you running out and getting h3 bulbs if they don't work. they might, but you would want to check carefully first.
