Fahrenheit to Centegrade adjustment for E39????

Can anyone tell me how to change from fahrenheit to centigrade readout on the climate control.

you have to make the adjustment through the instrument cluster. I have done it on my father's e39 540. I'll get the information together and post it for you. This is similar to the instrument cluster test procedure in the E36.

Also the dealer can easily convert the temp to cel. They charge about 45.00 dollars to do so. The test procedure is not that easy. I will still try and find the site that completely explains it. I used have the site on my internet favorites but my hard drive took a big fat poop. I will post asap.
