hi guys, i am the proud owner of my first bmw, its a used one though but still after some time saving up for one and after 20 odd years of owning japanese cars, all i can say is " the difference is like chalk and cheese" damn its gonna be tuff to own anything but bmw from now on, anyway i am in the caribbean and the car i have is a 1995 e34 525i i have no idea whats the difference between the 525i and the 525i touring all i can say i have leather electric seats airbags m50 engine and 5 speed auto tranny, there are alot of features in the car that i know nothing of cause the car didnt come with the owners handbook, is there a site where you can download one? and the stereo wont play cause i changed the battery and i dont have the code,, how can i get the code? i cant get it through the previous owner cause he died and only he knows it, if there is a site where i can give the vin# to get it, i will appreciate you guys telling me. thanx in advance

Bavarian Autosport sells manuals for bimmers. You might try them--they have a great website. Of course, a BMW dealer should be able to get one for you if there is one close to you. BMW's website might have some numbers you could call (BMWUSA.com).

Welcome aboard, you can get the stereo code by giving the VIN to a local BMW dealer. I'm not sure if there are still Manuals out there for your model. Try calling circlebmw.com or pacificbmw.com.
