Fog lights!

The passenger side foglight used tow rok 50% and has gotten worse since then... now it very rarely comes on, in fact i can't remember the last time it has worked. The drivers side works fine.

Is this a common wiring problem or anythin? What should i look/test for to fix this?

break out the multimeter and check to see if there is voltage at the plug first.
If so, clean contacts and get a new bulb. If not, find the relay and check voltage at the source. That will rule out a connection problem.
