Good morning to all those interested in the 5 Series. I have to replace a front wheel bearing on my 523 SEi (2000). Are there any issues I need to be aware of, special tools etc, and how long should it take without hitting any problems. Any assistance would be much appreciated. I am reasonably technically minded and I have replaced wheel bearings on other cars I have owned, just not this particular model. Any advice would be much appreciated before I start. I have also been quoted €96 inc VAT for the replacement kit...are there any other suppliers I can contact or is this a reasonable price..Regards, Paul.
