My tach and fuel economoy gauge weren't working, and the batteries in my SI board were dead, so I installed new batteries (1.2 volt nicads) in a remote holder and now ALL the service lights are on, and the tach and fuel economy gauges still don't work. HOWEVER, if I pull the the batteries from the SI board the tach works but still not the fuel economy gauge. Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas?

i did a quick search on roadfly, seems you may have to replace your si board.
