Getting water inside car when it rains

When it rains, I'm getting water under the right front passenger seat and on the floor in front of the right rear passenger seat.

Additionally, both doors on the passenger side now do not work.

My mechanic (non-BMW, I'm far off warranty) can't help and said to take it to a body shop.

Any thoughts on what it could be? I'd like to get educated a bit before I go to the body shop.

your rear door seal behind the door panel is no good its like a plastic membrane had mine done already but mine was under warranty feel the bottom of the door panel it should be wet
