In Bentley Manual, it specifies to use:

1. Microlube GL 261 grease on the clutch disc and tranny input shaft,
2. Molybdenum disulfide grease in the release bearing

Can I just use bearing grease? If not, where can I buy it besides the dealer. TIA.

Later,
I used moly grease on everything - honestly I don't see why you would have to use "microlube gl 261" seeing as moly based greases are designed specifically for metal parts that constantly move together. You can pick up moly based grease at ANY auto parts store. I got some nice mobile 1 or valvoline stuff in a silver container.
