HELP! I just bought an OBC and doesn't work. HELP!

Hello.

Any help will be more than appreciate it.
I own an E34 - M20 - 520i BMW - (year 11/1989) - 6 cylinder - 2000cc - (last 7 digits of chassis number) BB45916.

My car had already installed an OBC with 6 buttons. Also its says the date, time, temperature.
I just bought the bigger OBC with the 12 buttons (part number 65818351055). I already have taken out my old OBC and I see that the (green) plug fits perfect to the new bigger OBC.
I have plug it in, I turned the car in position 1 and NOTHING!!!
I have turned the car in position 2 and NOTHING!!!
I have started the car engine and NOTHING!!!
I have taken out the battery and put back together and again NOTHING!!!
I have checked the light bulbs (eye looking) and they seem fine.

PLEASE ANY HELP???????
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

I did made the OBC to light but still doesn't work! :-(

Hello everyone.
You are right. My 13th wire in the plug it is not there. What the 13th wire does?

I have searched on internet and I have found some articles.
What I have found is that I had to connect wire number 17 with the wire number 9 and I got power in my OBC. But as soon as light up gave a PPPP error.
I have checked few more articles and I have found that I might need a coding plug from BMW and place it inside on the OBC.
Does anyone knows anything about what PPPP Error is and anything about coding plug?

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE OBC!!!
My car is an E34 M20 520i BMW year 11/1989.
