A few weeks ago I posted about my 2003 M3 getting hit from behind ... snapped the rear axle, etc. Well today I finally got the estimate from the adjuster. About $12,000 to repair. However, they indicated they are only replacing the one rear tire and not both. I'm arguing with them stating this is a performance vehicle and I cannot have one brand new tire and one with 23,000 miles on it.
Does anyone have any information or links where I can prove my point. This is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks!
