Help! Water Problem

As I was driving down I95 about to light a cigarette I dropped my liter in the back seat on the floor. As reached for it I noticed the floor was a little damp. The night before we had a thunderstorm or two, but didn't think anything of it....A couple of days later after it just finished raining i checked the floor again and it was damp [???1] It hasn't rained in a while and floor is dried I'm assuming it is only happening when it rains right?
Please Help...its only the floor behind the passenger seat....that gets wet..
Your help would be greatly appreciated

Check your rear window seals. You can hold a hose on the rear window and see if the carpet gets damp again. Another source of water in the car on some models is the seal around the antenna leaking.

are you parking under a tree?! Check your drain,it maybe a problem with drain!

Hmmm...your car must be sooo hot that the passenger is wetting the seat!

It is pretty hot....anyway.....gonna check the rear seals and the drain hasn't happened since the last time...appreciate the help

Do you park on an incline at all? I've seen water pass through bad seals in the firewall on occasion.

I had the same thing happen to mine. What happened was the sun roof drain came off at the C pilar. The sun roof has 4 connections to drain pipes which are at the 4 corners of the car (A and C pilars). If everything else is good, you might want to check this out.
