hey everyone, new to your fourm e30is vs e30M

hey guys, i know this has been asked a million times, but would like to ask you experts about the difference tween the is and the M3?
i am thinking of upgradeing my 90' is w/ 250k for a 90' M3 w/ 110k mi. or an M5
what should i be looking for and what kind of performance gains?

Welcome Chris, I am not sure what your asking? Do you have a 90 e30 "is" model and if so which one? An e30 M3 is a very nice car and will out perform any e30 "is" model, but they can be very expensive to repair.

Thanks for the reply about my 90' 325is, I thought all you BMW guys were mind readers LOL.
My 325is is a sweet ride, but the chance of upgradeing and getting less miles is pretty tempting!
I guess what i am asking was, what would i expect from an1990 M3 compared to my 325is?
What makes the upkeep on an M3 more than other BMWs?
