Just thought I'd check in here - been AWOL for a while; wife, baby, 2 dogs, cat, and I have moved into our first home! I get to garage my car at home finally (woot!). [thumb]

Now... To convince the wife to let me build a seperate garage for a track car... [}:)]

congratulations on the new home........I'm sure she will let you build a garage for a track car if you build her a pool or hot tub........its all about compromise to get what you want.......... [headbang]

Buy the car and negotiate for the garage........build a garage without a track car, the garage will be stuffed full of junk and no room for track car.......think ahead guys..... [clap] [clap]

Or I'll find a hot tub "IN" the new garage.. [;)]


I think I even have her interested in doing one of those BMW driving course things that you go to Spartanburg for a weekend to drive BMW's on their Autox course. If I can get her there, the track car and extra garage are golden! Hoping to get her interested enough to want her own little hot rod to track in. I can live with that, I don't mind helping to build 2 track cars vs 1. [:D]

Ok I must be doing something wrong..........where is my man who wants to take me to an Autocross Meet or a BMW Driving School or build an extra garage so I can get a hot tub, install me a chip to go faster, new bass box so I can really jam, wash and wax my beautiful car, buy me some sheep skin seat covers, install an I-Pod, new license plate frame, ........I say you can have all the toys you can afford for the both of us............... [wiggle]

Where do I find a woman that appreciates that stuff? I do that stuff for my wife all the time and she acts like its common place. Aside from the driving course (God knows she NEEDS it). "Just kidding honey...OK...I will be there to do the dishes in a moment." Yep thats me...I am whipped by the the three women in my life. My Little Girl, My Wife then My Bimmer, or my Bimmer then My Wife. Either way works.[:o)]
