How can I setup my cellphone or bluetooth my bimmer?

How can I hook up my mobile phone into bluetooth or any other available option in my bimmer. It has the phone wiring in the trunk and wonderful if somehow there's a cost effective option?

does your bimmer have bluetooth capability? does your phone have the capabilty?

if so its simple. put your phone to discover and you bimmer to connect.
