Sorry to bother you guys, I have the cold weather package on my E39 2001 530i. I just wanted to know how you turn on the pressure headlight washing system. Is it the same as pushing the windshield washer?

I never use this feature since I live in NC and don't get a lot of snow and ice, but I'm having the bumper replaced today because of an accident and I want to make sure everything is working correctly. My users manual is nowhere to be found. Thanks for your help fellas. Take care

The lights need to be turned on and they spray the headlamps every 5 times you wash your windshield.

Well, from the previous post I would say, turn on the lights and then wash your windshield five times, want to see it again, wash your windshield another 5 times.
