I can replace the timing belt and water pump in about 3 hours [fake]

1. 1st time, I did not pay attention to when installing the water pump gasket, did not realize that the holes are not equal distance from each other.![[?|]](/images/smilies/icon_smile_banghead.gif "Bang Head [?|]")

2. 2nd time, realized the mistake I made. I installed the gasket again carefully. Put everything together, started the engine. Leaked like hell.
3. 3rd time, went to BMW dealer, asked for two gaskets just in case I screwed up again. But they only had one. Bought another timing belt. Went home and start taking the bimmer apart, including taking off the hood and the whole nine yards. I started around 9 pm and done by midnite.
