Most of these ppl get their cars given to them from their companies to drive around while they "work" for a while in one city...then when they are done with their term they give the car back to the company which inturn gives it back to the dealer.
My uncle who works for an oil company in the Middle East was given a 7-series for free to keep as his car as an incentive for working at the company.

I dont pay much more for my M3, it went up $39 per year over what I paid for my 330. I am in a really good bracket though.

$870 per year
Full coverage but $500 deductible on Collision
This is with a multi-car discount, we have 4 vehicle which helps also.
No complaints whatsoever, unless you have a page of tickets and wrecks...I would think if you can afford a BMW - you most likely shouldnt have any trouble with insurance ?
