I am not sure whats wrong with my car these days, but it almost wants to stall out when i come to a stop at a stop light. I have an automatic so i know its not my doings. I put an intake and a chip on about the same time, and it seems to have started after that. Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?

Thanks,

check to see if the rubber air duct between the throttle body and intake manifold has any cracks, as that could cause a bad idle. o2 sensor also seems plausible, but you'd prefer it not come to that.

You can check the resistance with an ohm meter. Unfortunately, I don't remember the specifics.
what he said.
man, i have ~20 bmw fan sites with good technical info and half have updated to where i cant find what i knew.
one guy had detailed info on what your o2 should read, then how to tune the intake by reading the o2 and posted expected responces from different driving, not to mention an encounter with a cop.

i don't think cleaning the throttle body would solve much. the problem would have creeped up a little more. it's hard for any real build up to accumulate inside the tb.

well thanks for all the replies. [pray] I am running 93 in my car b\c of the chip, and i am pretty sure thats not the problem. I replaced the plugs not to terribly long ago, but i should probly pull them out and take a look. As far as the o2 sensor is concerned, i guess i will leave it alone for now. I think i am going to get one of those fuel cleaners and throw that in the next tank too, see if that helps out a little.

Thanks,
