Is this a good deal?

Went to my local BIMMER dealer and found a potential vehicle. It is a 2002 525I, Sterling Silver, 42K, new rubber. Car looks clean, except for a few hood dings, and few scratches on the door handles in the back( they said they would fix). It is coming CPO. The dealer is looking for $28,900 but said I can beat him up( yeah like I'm beating him) and get it for $27,900. Any advice,thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like it is in the ball park. I think I would tell them to fix the hood dings as well.
