When I bought and had my Z4 2.5 delivered I was handed the keys and fob. When I lock or unlock the vehicle I only hear and see the locks moving. No horn or lights flash. I have through observance seen on boards where the fob can be programmed on delivery. I did not request this. I called the Salesman at the Dealership and he told me I must purchase an alarm device of some sort to achieve this. What is the truth? Will your key unlock and chirp or light up something?
