I would like to hear from people that have leased an M3. Any pros and cons with regard to leasing from BMW vs. companies that specialize in leasing? Anything to watch out for? The current deal I am working on is:

A 2004 BMW M3 COUPE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
TITANIUM SILVER WITH BLACK LEATHER
PREMIUM PACKAGE ( SUNROOF, CD, ETC. )
ZENON LIGHTS
HARMON KARDON SOUND SYSTEM
HEATED SEATS
MANUAL TRANSMISSION

48 MONTHS IS $719 PER MONTH WITH 12,000 MILES PER YEAR and NO DOWN PAYMENT.

Does this sound about right?

Any comments would be appreciated, thanks.

That sounds like a good deal. When I was looking, I was finding 800-850/month for 36 with 15,000/year, 3000.00 cash.

A good place to look is "swaplease.com" you don't get all the details on price paid and cash out but you can get a good idea of where people are at on these cars.

I was just thinking more about your lease.

You are paying 34,512.00 in payments. They are either giving you a real good money rate or residual. Probably some of each. Even if they are giving you 50% on the residual, the $$$$ cost must be good also.

I just found one bank for 717.00 with no down with a credit score of 720+.

Sounds like you got about the best deal around right now. [thumb]

Just leased my 04 M3 Convertible for around 850/month/36 months. MSRP was 59,500, I settled at 57,238. No money down, and taxes were rolled into my payments to make them tax deductible. It was $803/month if taxes and bank fee were paid up front. Money factor equalled an APR of 5.88, and residual at three years is 60%. 19 inch wheels, xenon lights, and heated seats were in the package. That was slightly lower than www.bmwusa.com estimated.
