I saw this post on cardomain.com and was wondering where in the heck can you get these colors from bmw? i absolutely love this color combination, but have never seen it on bmwusa.com?

Special ///M paint job, the new M5 and M6 are going to be offered with this "flavor" but I think the blue is deeper, it is a sweet color.

Holy Crap! You can get a new 997 911S for that kind of dough. Save a few more pennies and an E60 M5 is in your garage. That probably is a BMW Individual car.

At the end of 2004 BMWNA allowed dealers to order almost any current model in any colour that BMW has made in say like 10-12 years.

There are quite a few 2004 X5s in the old M5 colour Estoril Blue, and 330cics in that old M# banana yellow.

This is a dealer ordered colour.

You can order any BMW in any color they make for a $2000 charge. If it is a special order paint they will charge 2k. They have been doing this for some time now...

The way I understood it is that you pay the $2K and they build the M3 in Canada and then ship it down to you wherever you are in the US. I have seen this guy in Palm Beach, FL running around in a Laguna Seca Blue M3 Convertible with matching Blue leather interior....absolutely stunning.
